RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We totally understand, sometimes it just don’t work and you want your money back. As long as an item is unworn and still in its original condition, we accept returns subject to the rules below. None of these rule affect your statutory rights.
If you return an item requesting a refund within 14 days of the item being delivered to you. We’ll give you a full refund by way of the original payment method.
Original Condition
Hygiene and our customers’ safety is paramount.
Of course its fine to try an item on like you would do in a shop, but please do not actually wear it. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we wont be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs). ALL ITEMS ARE INSPECTED ON RETURN.
All returned items should be sent in their original condition and packaging where possible, including tags (if any).
Responsibility
Returns are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they’re packed up properly and cant get damaged on the way!
Please get roof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.
SHIPPING INFO

We use Royal Mail as our main courier.
All UK delivery options are fully tracked and we’ll email you a link to your tracking information once your parcel has been shipped.
International Delivery
Our overseas service is carried out by Royal Mails International Standard Service.
Items usually reach Europe within 3-5 working days and the rest of the world within 6-7 working days.
